The heart of this wine is born in the garden of the plot where we live. This is a vineyard garden with only a thousand plants located on a very degraded volcanic tuff soil in the most coastal sector of the Maipo Valley.
This is reflected in the freshness of our wine.

Color: Intense violet red 

Aroma: Very perfumed nose with  cassis, floral tones, tea leaves and spicy notes.

Smooth Mouthfeel: fresh mouth with present and balanced acidity and tannins that show us the character of the Cabernet Sauvignon and a surprising silkiness provided by the Malbec.

100% Touriga Nacional

Like JARDINERO RED BLEND this wine is also born in the garden vineyard of the plot where we live is a vineyard of only 400 vines planted in 2019 located on a very degraded volcanic stuff soil on a southwestern slope in the commune of melipilla. 

JARDINERO TOURIGA NACIONAL is the only vineyard with this strain in the Maipo Valley.

Color: Deep carmin red.

Aroma: notes of wild berries and stone fruits, softly spicy finish.

Smooth Mouthfeel: Fresh and soft wine with  juicy acidity. Well-integrate tannins with a delicate balance.

100% Syrah

After the loss of the vein that gave life to the ancient gold mines of estero Puangue, we tried to reinterpret it through the terroir that feeds the vines that produce AUREO. Our wine is inspired by gold and we represent it on the label with the letter fi, also known as the “Golden Ratio” present in nature.
In AUREO this translates as the right proportion that combines the characteristics of this stony alluvial terrace, with the dedicated work of our hands that produce it.

Color: Deep purple color
Aroma: Intense floral notes of violets marked with refreshing ripe black and red fruits that shape a very vibrant personality.

Smooth mouthfeel: with tamed tannins and creamy texture.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

After many years producing wines we decided to elaborate a special and unique cabernet sauvignon established in a volcanic soil next to the maipo river this wine reflects its origin and the perseverance to express the terror in the best way its name voy symbolizes the conviction to always go forward and is the greatest creation of the winemaker Sergio ormazábal with 25 years of experience in chile and France voy is a very limited edition of cabernet sauvignon

Color: Deep ruby red
Aroma: Intense l notes of  cassis, berries, black pepper and ash

Smooth mouthfeel: ample, elegant and persistent on the palate, with very fine and integrated tannins, delivering the best expression os the Cabernet Sauvignon in a unique and unexplore area of the Maipo Valley.

75% Grenache 25% Monastrell

This project was born from the collaborative work with another family winery in the Maipo Valley: ” La Viña del Señor”, with whom we undertook this challenging adventure.

The result is a surprising fortified wine inspired by the classic tawny style port wines, developed through a long aging and oxidation process.

Color: amber

Aroma: intense nose of dried fruits such as hazelnuts nuts and plums in syrup with hints of spices such as clove and vanilla

Smooth Mouthfeel:  unctuous and very complex. Sweetness balanced with its alcohol and acidity with long persistence and an explosion of flavors in the after taste.
