WINES BORN IN THE GARDEN

Our limited wine production is managed sustainably under the philosophy of Regenerative Agriculture, made with 100% manual processes and currently has 5 labels, each with less than 2000 bottles produced per year.

UMBRAL

50% Garnacha 30% Syrah 20% Monastrell

Color: Pale onion-skin pink

Aroma: White flowers and fresh summer fruits.

Palate: Sharp, vibrant, and not sweet, with a clean, smooth, and lingering finish.

The purpose of this wine stems from our dream of crafting a sharp and vibrant wine in a warm valley like the Maipo. This is how we drew inspiration from the fresh rosé wines of Provence, France, a warm terroir and the origin of some of the world’s finest rosés.

JARDINERO MEZCLA TINTA

65% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Malbec 5% Touriga Nacional

Color: Deep violet-red.

Aroma: A very fragrant nose, with a clear blackcurrant. Floral notes from the Touriga Nacional, tea leaves, and spicy hints.

Palate: Fresh, with a present and balanced acidity, and tannins that showcase the character of the Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a surprising silkiness from the Malbec. Jardinero Touriga Nacional.

The heart of this wine originates in the garden of the plot where we live. This is a vineyard-garden with only a thousand vines, situated on highly degraded volcanic tuff soil on the southwest slope of Cerro Guanaco, in the Carmen Bajo sector of the Melipilla commune. It is the most coastal area of the Maipo Valley, and this is reflected in the freshness and vibrancy of our wine. The backbone of this blend is our Cabernet Sauvignon, which represents 65% of its composition, but it also includes other complementary grape varieties grown by our neighbors.

JARDINERO TOURIGA NACIONAL

100% Touriga Nacional

Color: Deep violet-red.

Aroma: Very intense notes, with floral tones, especially roses and stone fruits such as peaches.

Palate: Intense and structured. Its firm yet balanced tannins are elegantly harmonized with the acidity, resulting in a creamy, silky texture.

Same as our Jardinero Mezcla Tinta, this wine also originates in the garden vineyard on the property where we live. It’s a vineyard of only 400 vines, planted in 2019 and situated on highly degraded volcanic tuff.

It’s the only vineyard with this grape variety in the Maipo Valley.

AUREO

100% Syrah

Color: Deep purple.

Aroma: Intense floral notes of violets, accentuated with refreshing ripe black and red fruits, creating a vibrant character.

Palate: Smooth and approachable, with tamed tannins and a creamy texture.

After the vein that once fed the old gold mines of Estero Puangue was lost, we sought to reinterpret it through the terroir that nourishes the vines producing Aureo. Our wine is inspired by gold, and we represent this on the label with the Greek letter phi, also known as the “Golden Ratio,” found in nature.

In Aureo, this translates to the perfect balance that combines the characteristics of this stony alluvial terrace with the dedicated work of our hands that produce it.

VOY! Sergio Hormazábal

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Color: Ruby red.

Aroma: Intense notes of cassis, berries, black pepper, and ash.

Palate: Full-bodied, elegant, and persistent, with very fine and integrated tannins, delivering the finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon in a unique and unexplored area of the Maipo Valley.

After many years of producing wines, we decided to create a special and unique Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in volcanic tuff soil along the Maipo River.

This wine reflects its origin and our perseverance in expressing the terroir in the best possible way. Its name, VOY!, symbolizes the conviction to always move forward and is the greatest creation of winemaker Sergio Hormazábal, with 25 years of experience in Chile and France.
Voy is a very limited edition Cabernet Sauvignon that comes from a unique “Garden Vineyard” in the Maipo Valley, managed according to regenerative farming principles.

AMBAR

100% Syrah

Color: Amber.

Aroma: Intense aromas of dried fruits such as hazelnuts, walnuts, and prunes in syrup, with hints of spices like cloves and vanilla.

Palate: Unctuous and very complex on the palate, with a sweetness balanced by its alcohol and acidity. Long finish and an explosion of flavors in the aftertaste.

This project was born from a collaborative effort with another family-run winery in the Maipo Valley, La Viña del Señor, with whom we embarked on this challenging adventure. The result is a surprising fortified wine, inspired by classic Tawny Port wines, developed through a long aging and oxidation process.
